St. Croix Animal Shelter Flea Market
The Flea Market provides much needed funds to support the mission of the St. Croix AWC. All proceeds from goods donated to the Flea Market benefit the St. Croix AWC.
The Flea Market is a community resource that offers discount prices on gently used merchandise. All acceptable donations are tax deductible.
Flea Market Items
The AWC Flea Market sells a variety of items that include but are not limited to: books, men's, women's and children's clothing, housewares, home decor, small electronics, furniture, textiles, odds and ends and, of course, pet supplies and AWC merchandise.
Large Item Pick up Service
Large item pick up service of charitable donations goods, such as furniture, is available. Pick up service is available from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
To schedule a pick up appointment follow these steps:
• Telephone the AWC Flea Market (not the animal shelter) at 692-5355
• Give a description of items, contact information and address
• Leave a voice mail including the above information if calls are made after AWC Flea Market business hours
(Wednesday thru Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
Non Acceptable Items
The AWC Flea Market can only accept items suitable for resale otherwise the AWC incurs disposal and dumping fees. Please help us support the needy and homeless animals through our flea market store. Take a look at the list of items that we cannot accept:
- Broken items
- Torn clothing or textiles
- Stained clothing or textiles
- Non functioning electronics
- Computer monitors
- Computer printers
Volunteers
We always need volunteers. At the flea market, volunteers can assist with sorting merchandise, displays, store organization and special events held at the flea market. Complete our volunteer contact form to help us help St. Croix's animals.
